Filming

We have, at last, begun the filming of the making of the panels - their history, the artist's concept and the embroiderer's involvement. Please visit us on Facebook, to view the introduction to the documentary. Having filmed in New Ross, the crew will now go to Bunclody to catch the final moments on that panel which has been stitched in Newtownbarry house since 2006!

The largest Panel - to be finished by June 2012

The largest and central panel 'The Marriage of William Marshall and Isabel de Clare' is on target to be completed by June 2012, very exciting moment in the history of the making of the Ros Tapestry. Look out for a gala launch in Bunclody. The four other panels being worked on are making excellent progress, and still gathering new volunteer embroiderers.
