Since the success of the Ros 800 Expo in 2007, the decision
has been made in principle to locate and set up the Ros Tapestry
exhibition - prior to it’s completion- to a permanent home
for public display early in 2009.
To date, a premises in New Ross Town has been identified
and is currently undergoing a fit-out plan as a 'Dedicated
Visitor Centre'.
An announcement will be made at a later stage, as details
are finalised, please keep a check on our website for further
updates.

The
Ros Tapestry Project is a massive ‘work-in progress’
being undertaken by a team of voluntary embroiderers
since 1999. The fifteen tapestry panels are expected
to be completed by 2010.
As a visitor attraction the project is not presently
on public display.
