'Friends'
of The Tapestry Project Numbering less than a hundred, the 'Friends' of the Ros Tapestry are those that have recognised the merit of the project now and in the future and have committed themselves to supporting it during its creation. For a small annual fee 'Friends' receive a newsletter, packed full of information, three times a year and invitations to lectures and openings of exhibitions. The 'Friends' help is always needed as the Ros Tapestry has no means of regular, guaranteed support during its creation and needs funds to continue. Linen, wool, silk, threads, looms, lights, to name but a few of the necessities, need to be paid for on a regular basis. Design, printing and postage are becoming more important as we attempt to become better recognised. If you are interested in the arts, crafts or history this is an easy way to discover more about your area of interest. It is also a chance to meet others with similar interests at our lectures and exhibition openings. We
really do need your support, so do join us today and together we can With only three of the fifteen panels completed there is a long way to go and lots of opportunities for everyone who is interested to be included. When all fifteen panels are finished and hanging in St. Mary's Church surrounded by admiring visitors, wouldn't you like to say you helped? To
